Delivery Information

For delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore islands and certain remote regions):

We offer a free delivery on orders over £75 (inc VAT), usually using DPD. For orders under £75 there is a £5.95 delivery charge. These delivery times are subject to product availability.

For items exceeding 1 metre in length, Free DPD Standard Delivery is not available. A delivery fee of £12.95 will apply to these oversized orders.

Next day delivery is available on selected items, as specified on their product pages. To qualify, orders must be placed by 2pm and are subject to stock availability. This service is offered for UK mainland addresses on working days only.

If your order has a mix of stocked and non-stocked products, the delivery time will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time to allow the products to be dispatched together. All delivery dates are estimates. We will try our best to meet the delivery estimates but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within the stated time frames. We advise that you do not book fitters or tradesmen until your order had been received and checked. We cannot be held responsible for third- party charges due to delayed delivery of an order.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote regions:

We will charge for deliveries to these areas regardless of order value. Delivery may take longer than usual. Our current delivery charges to these areas are below. To assist you, we have listed the affected postcodes. Please note that we do not deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Delivery charges should be calculated for you at checkout.

Postcodes: Mainland (AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-99, TR21-25, Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW0-14, PA20-40, PH15-41, PH45-99), Scottish Islands (HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3).
