Our Returns Policy Explained
We very much hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Handles2Hardware but should you wish to return an item for a refund then please follow the steps below:
Firstly, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to let us know that you want to make a return.

We will need to know you name, the order reference number, details of the goods you want to return (product code and quantity) and the reason for the return.
We will email a Returns Note to you which you must enclose within your package.
Goods must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If goods arrive not in that condition, or if they have parts missing or damaged packaging then we will not issue a refund. Please ensure that you package goods carefully prior to their return. Goods that have been scratched or damaged during their return transit will not be refunded. Please do not sent the goods in just their outer packaging as this may be damaged during transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a return and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept any liability for the goods until they have been safely delivered to our premises and would recommend you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us that you wish to return them.
If the goods have been returned in a satisfactory condition then we will refund you the price you paid for the goods including the original delivery costs. If you have paid for an express delivery service then we may only refund you the cost of our standard delivery service.
